No matter how hard you try, how fast you run, it will always catch back up. Often at the worst time possible. Whether you are down in the dumps or standing on a mountain top, it’ll find you and you will remember.
A Love That Lives On
I love the history of cooking and the passion and dedication it has taken to keep this tradition alive. It amazes me. I think garde manger will be my first step. It goes with my sudden intrigue of carving fruits and vegetables, as well as plate presentation. The basic techniques and rules learned will create a foundation for my next step into this vast culinary world.

Parting Is Such Sweet Sorrow
Things happen for a reason, changes in the seasons bring new beginnings. I’m not doubtful with what the future holds, just a little nervous, but positive attitudes bring positive rewards so we must keep our heads up and push on. Maybe I will write about my daily journeys in learning the art of culinary, pictures as well.. Just a thought.
Why judge your past, to determine your future. Go into it with the same blind ambition you were born with. Clueless as to what will happen, hanging onto your past familiarities, and crying so much that you blind yourself from the guiding light. Next time, don’t fight it, reach for that helping hand, it could lead to a new
